The bill (Reg. No. 2138) suggests establishing administrative responsibility of officials-electronic platform operators for certain violations of the procedure of electronic reverse auction, specified by the Law “On amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On State Procurement” re introduction of electronic reverse auction procedure”.
The draft law suggests new version of article 16416 “Infringements of the legislation on realization of purchase of goods, works and services for public funds” of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements.
The bill suggests also divesting the Antimonopoly Committee of authority to conclude protocols on administrative infringements predicted by this article.
